This ERP system was developed as an internal platform to manage end-to-end business operations within a single, centralized system. The platform integrates CRM, task management, employee absence, calendar scheduling, and financial modules including invoicing, expenses, advances, and quotations. The goal was to improve operational efficiency, data visibility, and cross-team collaboration.
